Deep Thoughts By A Social Media Manager

Once in a job interview, I remember saying to myself something along the lines of; “If I’m not creating, I’m dying.”

So true. And much more eloquent than Andy from 40 Year Old Virgin saying, “If you don’t use it, you lose it.”

That’s how creativity works to me, the more you’re allowed to explore your creativity, the stronger and better that creativity becomes. On the other hand, if you are in a cookie-cutter environment that doesn’t truly allow you to push the individual boundaries of your imagination, you may soon learn that you are but a shell of the innovator you were born to be. I personally, feel a resurgence in my artistic vision since joining the team at Christopher August LLC.

I’ve worked in media my entire adult life. From the age of 17 I was on the radio, on television or in print in some way shape or form. It was perfect for me, a right-brained guy, who never wanted work to feel like work. I just wanted to do with my career, what I’d love to be doing for free anyway. Daydreaming, imagining, creating, engaging and provoking thought. As the landscapes of those above mentioned industries have changed, I’m thrilled to be a part of a team that is finding new ways to imagine and engage. While we do set specific goals and paths with our clients, the possibilities on how we choose to get there are endless.

When I wake up for “work” each day, I know I’m going to find a way to get you where you need/want to go (and likely even further). The best part is, I often have no idea how I’m going to get you there. And that’s the beauty, because that avenue may not even exist yet. We can create it together.

Stay tuned for all the new fresh ideas we are imagining to grow your business. We’ve probably just thought of another while you were reading…

3 SEO Mistakes To Avoid

In terms of website visibility and the ongoing success of your business, SEO (search engine optimization) is still one of the most powerful assets you have available to you in the modern era. Having said that, none of this means that keywords aren...
